From 16 - 21 September 2014, The Saturday Market Project participated in the London Design Festival. We hosted a space for making, material experimentation, masterclasses, demonstrations, free drop-in workshops and a temporary shop. Throughout the week visitors joined us in building an installation of golden wheat straws on a skeleton of high-visibility yarn inspired by the Swedish harvest tradition of Himmeli.
